1. Accessing Our Services
In order to access our Services, you must first register an account with us (“Account”). This SMS Campaign section of the Terms and Conditions of jusucpa.com provides users with additional information regarding the nature, scope, and extent of our services offered through our SMS campaigns. The following are rules, policies, and regulations that must be followed in order to use our service:
In these Terms, the terms “Jusucpa,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Jusucpa Ltd., and the terms “you,” “your,” “user,” or “customer” refer to you as a user of our service. By using any of our services you agree to be bound by this Agreement including these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms or conditions, please do not use any of our services.
Opt-in Messages
We may offer SMS campaigns or communications to you, which you can opt into at your discretion. To opt-in, you must provide us with consent either online, verbally, in paper form, or via text message.
Online: To provide your consent online, simply agree to the terms when prompted on our website, jusucpa.com.
Verbal: To provide your consent verbally, call us directly and let us know that you are providing express permission for us to send you SMS campaigns and other related communication methods.
Paper: To provide your consent in written form, print out a permission slip from our website and mail it to our address listed on the website as well.
Text: To provide your consent via text message, send the keyword “JOIN” to the number listed on our website along with any additional information requested in the accompanying message. You will then receive a confirmation message upon a successful opt-in request.
In addition to opting into SMS campaigns or communications at your own discretion, you also have the right to opt-out of participation at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in all of our messages or contacting us directly.

However, opting out does mean that you will no longer receive SMS notifications or updates regarding events or promotions related to JUSU CPA services. If at any point after opting out you would like to rejoin our SMS communications list and start receiving these updates again, simply text “JOIN” to the number associated with our service.
Acceptable Use Policy
We will ensure all messages delivered are compliant with applicable local laws and regulations related to bulk messaging such as Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Federal Communications Commission rules and guidelines, Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), other applicable federal regulations, state regulations such as California Customer Records Act (CRAA), Text Messaging laws in California, etc., industry best practices like Mobile Marketing Association (MMA). All messages must comply with the following requirements:
a) Message should include contact information like sender ID so that customers can identify who is sending them;
b) Message should include opt-out mechanism so customers can stop receiving messages if they desire;
c) Message content must not contain false or misleading information; d) Message content must not contain any offensive material e) Message content should not infringe upon intellectual property rights of third parties; f) Message content should comply with all applicable laws & regulations relating to privacy & data protection g) message must adhere to all other agreements we have regarding communication with clients h) All communications should be sent via approved channels within our platform i) All communications must adhere to any language permissions granted j) Content within MMS messages must adhere to local carrier standards & restrictions k) All communications should adhere to local carrier character limits l ) Messages must also comply with mandatory requirements set forth by carriers m ) Any communication sent outside of approved channels may result in suspension or termination of services n ) Adhere to any legal restrictions imposed by law enforcement agencies o ) Adhere to any additional restrictions imposed by regulatory bodies p ) All communication must adhere to customer blacklisting instructions q ) Do not transmit commercial messages without customer permission r ) Do not hide unsubscribe options s ) Do not send automated responses t ) Do not use auto dialers u ) Do not harvest personal / contact information v ) Do not send unsolicited marketing materials w ) Comply with customer timezone preferences x ) Abide by frequency caps when specified y ). No incentive offers unless explicitly authorized z). No bulk purchasing incentives unless explicitly authorized 3. Consequences for Breach If there is a breach of these Terms or if we suspect that you are engaging in activities contrary hereto then we may take appropriate steps which could include but would not be limited to suspension or termination of your account on our website(s), withdrawal/restriction from certain services offered on our website(s), disabling access altogether at our discretion If you fail to comply with any provision herein then Jusucpa reserves the right immediately terminate your user account without notice or recourse. Violations of these Terms may also result in criminal or civil liability. 4. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Jusucpa harmless from any and all claims, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or violation of any applicable law. We reserve the right to take exclusive control over the defense of any such claim otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with our defense of the such claim. 5. Disclaimer/Limitation of Liability
JUSU CPA shall not be liable for any damages suffered as a result of using our services including without limitation direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data. JUSU CPA also does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted and error-free, and secure or that any defects or errors in the service will be corrected. 6. Miscellaneous

jusucpa.com offers the ability for customers to opt-in to SMS campaigns that may include information about special offers, discounts, or other related content. To receive assistance regarding any SMS campaigns, contact us at info@jusucpa.com.
Customers may opt-out of receiving further messages by simply replying with the keyword “HELP” in their text message. Customers will then receive a response with instructions on how to stop future messages and confirm their unsubscribe request.
2. User Content
When accessing and utilizing our Services, you may post comments, photos, videos, or other content (collectively referred to as “User Content”). You understand that User Content may be visible to others in accordance with settings which may be adjusted as desired via your Account profile page settings/preferences section within our Service interface(s). Please ensure all posted content is appropriate for viewing by others who may gain access thereto via links from third-party websites or social media accounts which we may utilize from time to time as part of our marketing efforts; however we cannot control how third-party links are handled nor guarantee their security once posted beyond our systems – so exercise caution when sharing User Content externally outside of jusucpa.com domain boundaries!
3. Third-Party Links & Advertising
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (“Linked Sites”) which are not under the control nor maintained by JUSU CPA in any way shape or form – whereby these Linked Sites are wholly independent entities subject entirely liable according to their own respective policies & practices thereof; thus JUSU CPA shall not accept liability for any damages whatsoever caused as a result directly or indirectly related thereto by visiting such sites in either sequence/order/sequence relative thereto per se – whereby the user does proceed at their own risk accordingly! Additionally, we may place advertisements on jusucpa.com from third-party companies wishing to advertise products/services (“Third Party Advertisements”). Any correspondence between the user & advertiser is solely between said parties alone & all claims arising out thereof shall only be made directly against such advertisers – thus JUSU CPA shall not accept liability for any damages whatsoever caused as a result directly or indirectly related thereto!
4. General Usage Rules
You agree NOT TO:
• Engage in deceptive online marketing practices;
• Misrepresent yourself while accessing & utilizing our Services;
• Modify/alter our Service interface(s) code nor otherwise attempt bypassing security protocols therein employed;
• Transmit viruses / malicious software nor engage in malicious activities designed to attack/interrupt systems operating therein;
• Use/access data mining technologies/methodologies to conduct bulk downloads & automated bot queries against Service backend infrastructure(s);
• Collect personal information pertaining to other users without permission same;
• Attempt to disrupt normal usage patterns throughout the system environment involved within server farms utilized hereunder provisionally hereby SOLELY FOR PURPOSES OF RENDERING SERVICES WHICH ARE SUNDRY UNDERLYING THIS AGREEMENT THEREIN CONTAINED – FORTHWITH HENCEFORTH ENTIRELY HEREBY!
Noncompliance with aforementioned General Usage Rules will result in immediate suspension revocation thereof hereby without prior notification accordingly – henceforth vis–vis consequently here with amending mutually agreed upon herein before provisionally stated term conditions set forth herein within acceding conformance thereto albeit notified
